Our MOQ starts from 100 pieces per SKU per color. For new customers, we offer flexible trial quantities so you can test the market before committing to larger orders.
Sample production typically takes 7 business days after design confirmation. A sample fee applies for first-time orders, which is fully refundable against your first bulk order.
We typically work with a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For repeat customers, we offer more flexible terms including T/T, L/C, and Western Union.
We support sea freight (FOB/CIF), air freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We can also arrange DDP delivery to your warehouse. Shipping method depends on order size, urgency, and destination.
After you share your requirements (materials, colors, logos, packaging), our team creates a detailed spec sheet and 3D mockups. Once you approve the design, we produce a physical sample for your review. After sample approval, mass production begins.
We work exclusively with vetted factory partners and conduct quality checks at every stage: pre-production material inspection, in-line production QC, final random inspection, and packaging supervision. We also provide photo progress reports throughout production.
